What's it like to work with us?
One of our first experiments with ChatGPT was asking it to explain to fifth graders our work:*
​You know how when you build with blocks, you have to figure out which blocks go where so the tower doesn’t fall over?

Well, I help big groups of people—like schools and organizations that help kids and families—figure out how to build strong towers together. Not with real blocks, but with ideas, plans, and teamwork.

Sometimes the people don’t know how to start, or they don’t agree on which blocks to use. I listen really carefully, help everyone have their voice heard, and make sure the tower they build works for everyone, not just the big kids.

In the end, I help make sure things are fair, organized, and really helpful—so schools can teach better, and kids like you can learn and grow.
