About

Skilled in facilitation, strategy development, analysis, organizational change and effectiveness, program design and implementation, partnership development, coaching, writing, and project management.

I bring nearly two decades of experience partnering with senior leaders in over 20 states, the federal government, national nonprofits, and foundations.

I began my career as a high school social studies teacher in New Orleans, LA, designing project-based learning curricula and coaching beginning educators. I later led teams at the Louisiana Department of Education focused on building organizational coherence, improving educator data systems, and designing statewide pilots on a more rigorous and engaging curriculum.

Following my time at the Louisiana Department of Education, I served as a management consultant of a national, mission-driven education strategy and policy consulting firm dedicated to advancing equity and justice for all students.
